We are proud to offer traditional Scrumpy Cider, a rough cider famous in the Westcountry for centuries
Sourced from Devon and Somerset and bottled on the premises, Scrumpy Cider is an integral part of Chalbury Wines and has been for the last 20 years from these premises.
You'll also find a large selection of bottled ciders from Thatchers, Magners, Kopparberg and many more.

Kingstone Black (8.4% Alc)
A dark looking cider with great medium dry apple flavours. Recomended as the first to try as its our best seller, take great care! These ar still ciders with no fizz and and apple juice taste. They have a damaging effect when drunk to excess.

Moonshine (8.4% Alc)
A strong white cider but not as you think; sweet on taste, a great old favourite.

Perry (7.4% Alc)
Made with the best Perry pears, this famous cider is a little gem when the weather gets warm. Not to be mistaken with pear cider, as pear ciders have a mix of Apple and cider pears.

Cheddar Valley (6% Alc)
We stock Thatchers medium Cheddar, a rich red cider that can be 'bought of draught, if u can find it'. Some pubs wont let you buy more than 3 pints at a time, so be warned!

The Ciders listed above can be bought in handy 2 litre containers, but come in and ask and we can do a price for a 5 Gallon keg (as shown). Perfect for parties.
